Jakarta, May 12, 2026 – PT Prima Armada Raya (PAR) closed the 2025 fiscal year with positive business performance, driven by strengthened operational capabilities, improved service quality, and the implementation of sustainable corporate governance practices.
These achievements were presented during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Fiscal Year 2025, held at Patra Jasa Office Tower, Jakarta, attended by the Company's Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Shareholders.
Throughout 2025, PAR recorded a net profit of IDR 29.3 billion, representing a 38% increase compared to the previous year and exceeding the Company's 2025 Corporate Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) target.
This growth was supported by the strengthening of PAR’s integrated transportation services through optimized fleet management, improved operational effectiveness, and the development of services that are increasingly adaptive to customer needs and operational dynamics across various industries.
In line with its operational performance improvements, PAR also continued to strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). In 2025, the Company achieved a GCG implementation score of 84.49, classified as “Good.” Additionally, PAR received an idA+/Stable (Single A Plus; Stable Outlook) rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO), reflecting the Company's ability to maintain business stability and uphold its financial commitments.
President Director of PT Prima Armada Raya, Esa Wisnu Prabowo, stated that these achievements were the result of the Company's efforts to expand its market presence and diversify its services amid the evolving transportation industry landscape.
“Amid increasingly dynamic industry challenges, PAR successfully maintained net profit growth through operational excellence, market expansion, and service diversification. In line with this achievement, the Company is also committed to distributing dividends to its Shareholders,” said Esa Wisnu Prabowo.
During the same occasion, the Majority Shareholder, represented by the Director of Hospitality & Multi Services of PT Patra Jasa, expressed appreciation for the Company's performance, recognizing its ability to maintain results above the established targets.
“This achievement demonstrates the Company’s capability to sustain operational continuity and maintain its business position amid industry challenges and financial performance pressures,” he stated.
Corporate Secretary of PT Prima Armada Raya, Hanna Shofa Zahara, added that as a company operating in both the B2B and B2C transportation sectors, PAR continues to foster strong collaboration and harmonious relationships with all stakeholders to support the sustainability of its business.
